As tempting as it was, she respected Mamoru’s wishes. Even if how Usagi was acting made her want to tag along, just to annoy her. But she was the mature one.
She threw her arms up in the air, shrugging slightly as she closed her eyes with a sigh. ” I guess I could give you a few hours. But only because Mamoru asked nicely. ” She put a finger to her eye, pressing it down slightly as she stuck her tongue out, Usagi’s way. Her maturity could only go so far, anyway. She was just as bad, even if she wouldn’t admit it.
She waved to her future parents, and turned to leave, as hard as that was. She could always find something else to do, even if it wouldn’t be as interesting as being with Mamoru. Or even Usagi, as much as she hated to admit.

Mamoru sighed. He looked at Usagi and smiled. “See dear?” He sat down on the ground and motioned her to join him.

Leaning up Usagi kissed her boyfriend on the cheek ‘You’re so perfect’ she giggled. Grabbing his hand she dragged him out of his apartment and towards the park. ‘Today will be wonderful Mamo-chan…. I have lots of delicious goodies!’ She said throwing the blanket down on the ground.

Chibiusa was walking home when she decided to walk through the park. She sat on the swings for a little while and decided to get up and walk towards the trees. She looked up and saw Usagi and Mamo. Chibiusa ran towards them, “Mamo!..Usagi” She said smiling as she went to give Mamo a hug, “You guys are having a picnic and didn’t invite me?” Chibiusa said, “It was probably Usagi’s idea not to invite me!” She said as she stuck her tongue out at Usagi.

Everything was perfect, the sun was shining high in the sky and all the birds were singing a merry tune. Usagi snuggled closer to Mamoru ‘Isn’t this per…..’ Before she could finish her sentence, a small bundle of pink and blue flew into Mamo-chans arms, knocking Usagi sideways.
‘CHIBIUSA!!!!!’ Usagi screeched at the top of her lungs. The small girl was sticking her tongue out and looked so smug. ‘Of course I didn’t invite you, it was SUPPOSED to be a romantic picnic for just me and Mamo-chan’ Usagi folded her arms and began to sulk.

‘Now Usagi, be nice.’ Mamoru smirked. He took Chibusa by the arms and bent down to look her in the eyes. ‘You know we love you, but, today was for me and Usagi. We haven’t spent much time together lately. Would it be okay if I had a few hours alone with her? We will stop by tomorrow and come see you. Is that okay?’ He looked up at Usagi.

Usagi finished packing the sandwiches her mother had made for her and smiled with glee. She was planning on surprising Mamo-chan with a romantic picnic in the park, it had been so long since they had seen each other. Luckily her mother offered to help her cook and make the food, Usagi was not a natural in the kitchen. Folding up the blanket and grabbing the basket, she heading off to Mamo-chans

The door bell rang and Mamoru answered it. It was Usagi. He gladly let her in. “Hello Dumpling head.” He looked down at her basket and smiled. “What do we have here?”

‘Surrrrrrrprrriiiiiise’ Usagi chimed and she stepped into Mamoru’s apartment. ‘I thought I’d surprise you with a picnic’ she said gesturing to the basket. ‘So um… how about it?’ Usagi asked shyly.
